BOLT Application Process

Application Deadline: June 15, 2008

To Apply...

You will need to follow the steps below to complete the process:

• Fill out your application form. It involves answering a series of questions.
• Ask two adults who know you well enough to fill out your reference forms.
• Mail your application by June 15, 2008.

After you Apply...

Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed and then the next steps are:

• After the deadline, you will be contacted for an interview time. All interviews will be done by phone.
• You will be contacted to indicate if you are accepted into the program within 3 days of your phone interview .
• If you are accepted you will need to submit $235 (one week of camp's cost) to Camp Oneida to confirm your spot.
