Hands-on Leadership Training

A second BOLT program may run July 17-23, if required.


During the Program, BOLT will:

  • develop your leadership skills
  • teach effective leader techniques
  • instill creativity in problem solving
  • leave you with great Oneida memories

There will be times during the week when it is not going to be easy, but if you're up for the challenge, it will be worth it.

What is BOLT?

BOLT is Oneida's leadership program for teenagers 14-15 years old. It will be held at Camp Oneida during the first week of the summer program (July 3 - 11, 2011) plus one other week of the summer.

During the first week, participants will learn and experience a variety of leadership roles and techniques.

During the second week, participants will be placed in cabins as Jr. Leaders for hands-on experience.

Participants will be required to submit an application to be accepted to the program, and upon confirmation, submit the cost of $280 (same cost as one week of being a camper)
