Online Leader Application

Apply to be a volunteer leader by submitting your application online.

Please read the following information carefully before continueing and filling out the application.

• Your application will be forwarded to Camp Oneida's personnel committee for review and consideration at an upcoming Camp Committee meeting.
• Your pastor and references will be contacted for their recommendation.
• You will receive a letter or phone call from a member of camp committee to notify you of which camps you have been approved for.
• After you apply, you need to have a police background check prior to being fully approved

Failure to fully complete this application may result in your application not being considered.

  For people who were leaders at Oneida last summer (2009) -- Previous perm staff use the "new leader" form below.

• New Leader Online Application
  For new leaders, leaders who were not at camp last summer and past perm staff.

• PDF Paper Form: Letter Size (4 pages) Legal Size (2 pages)
  Print off a copy of the application form, fill in and mail it to the leader registrar (address on the form)
