High School Community Service

Serving the Lord as a leader at Oneida will complete your high school's 40 hour community service requirement. (1 week = 168 hours, that's more than enough!)

Ask your director to sign your high-school form and/or write a letter to your high school confirming your experience at Oneida.

Letters of Reference

From time to time, you might require a reference letter for a job, another volunteer position, application for university/college or bursury/grant from private/public organizations.

If you need a reference letter, ask your director to write one for you. When you ask, try to include some details about the position/application. Most directors will write you a reference letter 2-3 years after you were a leader at their camp.
