What to Expect:

During this day, you will gain valuable experience and insight
into what leadership at Oneida is all about. Its rewards, responsibilities
and challenges.
- Instruction will be given for supervising
campers, leading devotions, planning campfires,
problem-resolution, group-dynamics and other important leadership
skills
- You also have a chance to fellowship with other first year and
returning leaders who are attending this day, and meet directors,
perm staff and camp committee members
