Leadership Training

Camp Oneida provides leadership training to new and returning leaders.

• Leader Education and Development (LEAD)
  Attend either of our one day sessions. All new leaders must attend. Returning leaders are welcome.
• Building Oneida's Leadership Team (BOLT)
  15 year olds spend 2 weeks during the summer learning leadership skills, then applying them as a Jr. Leader
